After a few months off from browsing the web for my most lusted after items, this month sees the return of the wishlist post, and it seems to have been taken over by the soft hues of spring pastels. After the craziness of the January sales the high street shelves are being restocked with their S/S collection and I am a big, big fan – New Look in particular are really impressing me this year! This is my pick of the bunch for February.
From left to right
1) Eyewitness Travel Guide to New York City, Amazon £10.34
Me and one of my best friends have always wanted to go to New York near Christmas time – so it’s super saving time to try and make it happen this year. I have created my own savespiration jar to help me on the way which I will post about very soon!
2) Pink Tunic Dress, New Look £19.99
I love Tunic dresses because they look great as a smart outfit for the office or a casual day dress with gladiator sandals in the spring. The colour is a beautiful peachy pink making it the perfect shade to carry you into the warmer spring months.
3) Acid Wash Mum Jeans, New Look £24.99
Last Summer I absolutely fell in love with the Topshop mum jeans and I have been waiting for another high street retailer to offer something to rival their trendy 80’s style cut. New Look have come up with the goods with these babies and the Acid Wash colour choice is just an added bonus.
4) Topshop Nails in Disclosed and Forsaken, Topshop £5 each
Topshop nail varnish definitely offer some of the best shades around in my opinion and these two from their new in this week section will definitely be my next on my finger tips.
5) Lace Trim Ankle Socks, Topshop £3.50
I have a few pairs of these ankle socks in lighter colours, but after seeing a girl sporting these black frills with some oxblood patent brogues I am more than tempted to join the dark side.
6) Jacquard Trousers, Topshop £42
These trousers would be perfect for the office or a girly dinner! The Jacquard print is very on trend and the silk finish gives it that high end look.
7) Tartan Hair Bow, LolaNova.com £3.99
I am not quite ready to let go of the tartan trend, so this understated accessory will help me hold onto it for just that little bit longer…
8) Olivia Burton Hummingbird Watch, Harvey Nichols £68
Olivia Burton watches have graced many a wishlist on the bloggersphere, but for good reason because they are absolutely stunning. The Hummingbird watch in white is the one I love the most but they are all so beautiful!
